in your Lodge so you now have certain rights, responsibilities and privileges associated with your title.<\/p>\n<h3>Good things at this level<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You have been recognized as someone with leadership potential<\/li>\n<li>You have been entrusted with leadership authority<\/li>\n<li>You have been given the opportunity to improve as a leader<\/li>\n<li>You have some time to decide what type of leader you will be &amp; what will be your legacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bad things at this level<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You start to believe that a title is all you need to lead<\/li>\n<li>You may use your title to command people to follow<\/li>\n<li>You may use your title to ignore your responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>A positional leader attitude will only get from people what is required &amp; not
